To be a member of the group you will need to become a part owner of E6003. As you would expect, the more you
contribute the larger the greater your share in the loco. We talk about shares for ease of reference
bit we are not a company and there are no formal shares as you would expect to find in a company.
Each donation of £100 counts as a share in the loco and whether you set up a standing order or send an occasional donation
each contribution is counted to wards your next 'share'. you will be issued with a certificate from time to time recognising
your contribution and in any major decision on the future of the loco the total of your contributions will gvern your voting
rights
Each share costs £100 payable either in one payment or in 10 instalments by standing order. Each £100 worth of
donations subsrquently will entitle the member to additional shares.
